Admission Information
- Monthly fees are $820 per month OR $205 per week.
- All fees are self-pay (insurance OR promise to pays are NOT accepted).
- Guests must follow their Individualized Wellness Plan
- Guests are required to complete ADLs independently.
- Guests are required to attend the weekly house meeting and bible study (Creek Location)
- The Well does not provide food for guests.
- We are MAT friendly
